Meet Gjyze Hoxhaj.
Nearly two decades of executive leadership across physician practices, ambulatory care, urgent and virtual care, and healthcare administration.
Gjyze is a healthcare executive with nearly twenty years of leadership spanning operations, compliance, patient experience, credentialing, and organizational transformation. She has built her career leading complex, multi-site organizations through growth and change while holding an unwavering commitment to ethical leadership and exceptional patient care.
She has held executive and senior roles across physician practices, ambulatory care, urgent care, virtual care, and healthcare administration. She has led large multidisciplinary teams, developed enterprise-wide operational and compliance programs, overseen regulatory strategy, and partnered with executive leadership to build cultures rooted in accountability, trust, and continuous improvement.
Strategy and execution, together
Known for bridging strategy and execution, she is equally comfortable discussing long-term direction in the boardroom and working alongside frontline teams to understand daily operations. That range has let her build scalable systems, strengthen regulatory programs, improve patient experiences, and lead meaningful organizational change.
A commitment shaped by heritage
As the daughter of an immigrant family with roots in Krajina, her appreciation for opportunity, resilience, and service profoundly shapes how she leads. Her Albanian heritage informs a lasting commitment to strengthening healthcare systems and expanding access to high-quality care, both in the United States and internationally, including the Balkan region her family calls home.
The greatest legacy any leader can leave is not simply a stronger organization, but stronger people.
