What to expect.
How does an engagement begin?
With a short introductory call. From there we scope the work together and I send a written proposal with a clear objective, approach, and deliverables before anything starts.
What size organizations do you work with?
Multi-site ambulatory organizations of many sizes, from growing physician groups and clinic networks to large health systems managing dozens of outpatient locations.
Do you work onsite or remotely?
Both. Onsite time matters for observation and frontline work, especially early in an engagement. Ongoing advisory and fractional leadership are handled remotely with onsite visits as needed.
What geographies do you serve?
Organizations across the United States, with deep roots in the Illinois and Indiana markets. Ambulatory IQ is also open to international advisory engagements focused on strengthening healthcare systems and access.
How is pricing structured?
By engagement. Fractional and interim work is typically a monthly or day-rate arrangement, advisory support is a retainer, and assessments are a fixed project fee. Scope drives the number, and it is agreed in writing up front.
What makes Ambulatory IQ different?
Operator experience at real scale, paired with a people-first philosophy. The same person who can design enterprise governance in the boardroom will sit with your front desk to understand why Monday mornings break.
